The following policy of the Emmetsburg Community School District Board of Education shall govern all organizations that desire to utilize school facilities to support their activity:
1. Booster Club
- Have on file in the Superintendent's Office a current constitution or organizational statement of their group.
- Upon election, file a list of officers of their group in the Superintendent's Office.
- The administration shall review each Booster Club's previous record and activities before granting approval to utilize school facilities for fund raising for the next school year.
2. Fund Raising
All organizations wishing to sell or collect donations at any school activity must have prior Superintendent and/or Activities Director approval.
